Rates
Our goal is to provide Room Rates well within your reach. Our Queen Bed rooms vary in size, all have full amenities, private bath and distinctive decors. Our rooms for up to four guests have two full sized beds.

Specials
Three night visits 10% discount except holidays and Carnival
Group discount, reserve two or more rooms for two or more nights, an additional 10% discount.
Policies
Reservation Deposits of one night stay is required. This does not include the MA Room Tax 5.7% and the Provincetown Room Tax of 6%.
Deposits are refundable up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. 5% cancellation fee is charged. 
Payment in full upon check-in.Master Card, Visa, or Cash. No refunds for early departure. A credit voucher may be issued depending on circumstances.
Check in is between 3pm to 9 pm. - Late arrivals may be arranged in advance..............Check-Out Time is 10am sharp.
Management reserves the right to ask guest for an early departure due to circumstances disrupting other guests or management. |
